William Perry

Mr. Perry is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, management, and maintenance of approximately 1.3 Million sqft of industrial/flex warehouse in the Raleigh and Durham, North Carolina area. Mr. Perry is responsible for multiple business parks consisting of Lincoln Park Central, Lincoln Park East, Lincoln Park South, and Presidential Park West with approximately 148 different tenants. Mr. Perry also is the Project Manager that handles the new fit ups within these properties.

Prior to joining Equus in 2006, Mr. Perry was a Property Manager / Superintendent for the Jack Parker Corporation. Prior to this he held a position with Parker Lincoln Developers. Mr. Perry has over 25 years of experience in Property Management and Construction business.
