Wendy Allen

Ms. Allen is a Property Accountant and is responsible for property accounting for several portfolios, which involves managing cash, receivables, payables, and contracts, along with company financial reporting requirements. Ms. Allen works closely with property management to troubleshoot and resolve issues and capture tenant status.

Prior to joining Equus Management Company AZ, LLC in August 2023 as a Property Accountant, Ms. Allen was a senior accountant for CB Richard Ellis for three years. Prior to Equus, she brings 23 years of accounting experience from both public accounting and a variety of industries.

Ms. Allen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Accounting from Columbia College in Columbia, Missouri, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Walla Walla University in College Place, Washington.

In Arizona, Ms. Allen has been involved in several community organizations; Feed My Starving Children, Young Lives, and a Special Needs Volunteer.
