Tiffany Key

Ms. Key is responsible for assisting in the success of approximately 1 million square-feet of industrial space.

Ms. Key obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Grand Valley State University in Michigan back in 2016 where her career started in multi-family housing, managing a portfolio of approximately 200 apartment homes with Rockford Construction. In 2020, she relocated to Arizona where she continued her career with Mid-America Apartments and then decided to make a career shift into the world of Commercial Real Estate. She was provided the opportunity with Capital Asset Management, assisting with managing approximately 3.7 million square-feet of retail/office space and is now excited to be a part of the Equus team to continue learning and growing.

Ms. Key holds an Arizona Real Estate License and is an active member of BOMA Phoenix.
