Thomas Ward

Tad Ward manages preconstruction, scheduling, budgeting, construction, and accounting for a number of Equus’ commercial and industrial projects in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. Mr. Ward has managed more than 7.1 million sq. ft. of industrial construction along with multiple office repositioning and tenant improvement projects.

With more than 35 years of experience, Mr. Ward grew up in a family commercial construction firm and later became an Owner’s representative where he was responsible for the construction and financial oversite on various commercial and educational projects.

Tad studied Business at Villanova University and focused on Estimating and Value Engineering at Drexel University.
