Shane Mullen

Shane Mullen is an Analyst at Equus Capital Partners, supporting both the Asset Management and Acquisitions teams. In his asset management role, Shane assists in overseeing a portion of Ellis Preserve that includes approximately 930,000 square feet of office space, a 75,000-square-foot retail center, two hotels, two event venues, and an on-site preschool/daycare. He helps oversee three office buildings in the region, totaling approximately 615,000 square feet. In his acquisition role, Shane supports industrial investment activities across the Boston, New Jersey, and Texas markets, conducting financial underwriting, valuation analyses, and transaction due diligence.

Shane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from Penn State University.
