Raul Araya

Mr. Araya is responsible for management of Equus’ South Florida commercial properties. He assists with property issues, facilities, tenant relations, maintenance, engineering, security, leasing, vendor selection and management, HOA issues, and financial administration duties.

Prior to joining BPG Management Company, L.P. in 2022, Mr. Araya was the Assistant Property Manager/Event Sales for Banyan Street Capital for eight years and worked for that Class A property for over 20 years with various real estate investment firm owners.

Mr. Araya holds a degree from the University of Havana and speaks three languages.
