Mrs. Mondragon is responsible for overseeing the routine management, operations, and maintenance of approximately 1.4 million sqft of industrial and office space in the Raleigh, NC area representing roughly 180 different tenants. Mrs. Mondragon is also responsible for handling all new interior construction fit ups for new development within these properties.
Prior to joining Equus Management in 2017, Mrs. Mondragon was the Administrative Assistant for Apex Instruments, Inc.
Mrs. Mondragon is currently pursuing her RPA (Real Property Administrator) Certification through BOMI International
