Olivia Ayala

Ms. Ayala is responsible for overseeing the routine management, operations, and maintenance of approximately 1.4 million sqft of industrial and office space in the Raleigh, NC area representing roughly 180 different tenants. Ms. Ayala is also responsible for handling all new interior construction fit ups for new development within these properties.

Prior to joining Equus in 2017, Ms. Ayala was the Administrative Assistant for Apex Instruments, Inc.

Ms. Ayala is currently pursuing her RPA (Real Property Administrator) Certification through BOMI International.
