Nicole Salaman

Ms. Salaman is responsible for the day-to-day management of over 1 million square-feet of industrial space in the greater Phoenix area.

Prior to joining Equus in 2022, Ms. Salaman was the Real Estate Manager for Ryan Companies US, Inc.  Prior to this, she held management positions with BH Properties and CBRE.

Ms. Salaman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lake Forest College. Ms. Salaman also holds an active Arizona Real Estate Salesperson License and the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Ms. Salaman is an active member of IREM Phoenix and enjoys volunteering with several local organizations and charities in her free time.
