Nicole Salaman

Ms. Salaman is responsible for leading the property management team for the Arizona portfolio which is comprised of 74 properties and 7.3 million square feet of industrial space.

Prior to joining Equus in 2022, Ms. Salaman was the Real Estate Manager for Ryan Companies US, Inc.  Prior to this, she held management positions with BH Properties and CBRE.

Ms. Salaman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lake Forest College. Ms. Salaman also holds an active Arizona Real Estate Salesperson License and the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Ms. Salaman is an active member of IREM Phoenix and enjoys volunteering with several local organizations and charities in her free time.
