Nicholas Matyszczak

Mr. Matyszczak is responsible for the preparation of financial statements for various types of real estate investments and development projects.

Prior to joining Equus in September 2022, Mr. Matyszczak worked as an accountant for Morgan Properties in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania for two years. At the firm, he was responsible for the preparation of financial statements, assisting external auditors, communicating with property managers, and maintaining fixed asset schedules for a portfolio of multi family properties.

Mr. Matyszczak holds a B.S. in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University, and an M.S. in Accounting from Cabrini University. During his time at Pennsylvania State University Nicholas was an active member of FOTO benefitting THON organization, and he was also a member of the Corporate Control & Analysis program in the Smeal College of Business.
