Mr. Gallagher is a Vice President with Equus Capital Partners and is responsible for Office leasing and marketing in the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest regions.
Joining Equus in 2003, Mr. Gallagher spearheaded the successful leasing programs for two speculative office projects in the Philadelphia suburbs: 300 Four Falls Corporate Center and 1000 Continental Drive, both of which set new records for rental rates and subsequent sale prices in their respective markets. Mr. Gallagher was directly responsible for the leasing of two Build to Suit projects at Ellis Preserve in Newtown Square, PA including the 400,000 square foot AmeriHealth Caritas Headquarters and 203 Squire Drive—the Philadelphia region’s first Mass Timber office building. Other notable projects include the repositioning and lease up of more than 2 million SF of value-add office projects in suburban Philadelphia markets including Ellis Preserve, Bay Colony, 1000 Chesterbrook, Highview at Providence and more.
Prior to joining Equus, Mr. Gallagher enjoyed more than 20 years as a commercial office broker representing both landlords and tenants in Philadelphia and its Pennsylvania suburbs. Mr. Gallagher began his business career serving in sales and sales management positions with Xerox Corporation.
Mr. Gallagher holds a BS in Business from Mount St. Mary’s University with a concentration in Finance.
