Michael Riordan

Mr. Riordan is a member of the Los Angeles office and responsible for industrial, office, and multifamily acquisitions and asset management in the western half of the United States.

Prior to joining Equus in 2024, Mr. Riordan was an analyst and associate director with CBRE, responsible for underwriting all valuations and offerings for the National Partners Industrial Team.

Mr. Riordan graduated from University of Southern California, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance.
