Max Newman is responsible for the asset management and analysis of Equus Capital Partners’ industrial portfolio.
Prior to joining Equus in 2022, Mr. Newman served as a Real Estate Advisory Analyst at Duff & Phelps, where he provided valuation and advisory services across a variety of commercial real estate asset classes. Before that, he held roles with STORE Capital and PREIT, gaining experience in real estate acquisitions, asset management, and portfolio analysis.
Mr. Newman earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
