Maxwell Newman

Mr. Newman is responsible for the asset management and analysis of Equus’s industrial portfolio.

Prior to joining Equus in 2022, Mr. Newman was a Real Estate Advisory Analyst for Duff and Phelps.  Prior to this, he held positions with STORE Capital and PREIT.

Mr. Newman holds a Bachelor of Business Arts degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from University of Wisconsin-Madison.
