Matt Barbera is an analyst at Equus Capital Partners supporting the Asset Management and Acquisition teams. In his role, he oversees and supports the management of 11.5 million square feet of the firm’s industrial and office commercial portfolio. He supports asset and portfolio level reporting initiatives aimed at driving improved investment performance. He also assists in the underwriting, modeling, and evaluation of office acquisition opportunities.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University and is a member of The Union League of Philadelphia.
