Maria Burgio

Ms. Burgio’s Equus portfolio lies across the Tempe and Phoenix border servicing industrial tenants and assets close to the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.

Prior to joining Equus in 2023, Ms. Burgio began her career at a development company in her hometown of Buffalo, New York with a mix-use portfolio sharing high level direct accessibility to the Buffalo Niagara Airport. After moving to the Phoenix Metro Valley area, Ms. Burgio has worked for third party Property Management companies managing a variety of Class A office space, medical workplaces, and largescale warehouse spaces for national companies.

Ms. Burgio holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Communications and Political Science from SUNY Buffalo State College. She is also a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Arizona.

Ms. Burgio appreciates paying it forward in the community and is currently a volunteer at Hospice of the Valley’s Memory Care facility. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, traveling and benefiting from time outdoors in all of Arizona’s natural beauty and favorable weather.
