Lisa Nop

Ms. Nop is responsible for the portfolio support of 11 industrial properties consisting of approximately 1,197,000 square-feet.

Prior to joining Equus in 2023, Ms. Nop was the Community Director for Cortland Apartment Homes.  Prior to this, she held positions with Weidner Apartment Homes managing apartment homes consisting of 100-350 units. With Robson Associates, Ms. Nop managed a portfolio consisting of 250 homes ranging from single-family homes, and apartment communities.

Ms. Nop holds an Arizona Real Estate License and Accredited Residential Manager Certification with the Institute of Real Estate Management. Ms. Nop attended University of Arizona and majored in Business Management.

Ms. Nop has been involved in several community and civic organizations. She enjoys volunteering at Animal Shelters, Building Homes with Habitat of Humanity and feeding America at local Food banks.
