Kenneth Pennington

Mr. Pennington  is responsible for leasing of the Raleigh/Durham portfolio.  Mr. Pennington has been handling the leasing of the portfolio for 26 years with over 2,000 lease and sales transactions.

Mr. Pennington earned a BA from The University of North Carolina at Wilmington in Psychology and  holds a Real estate licensed in North Carolina, Virginia and Tennessee. Ken has received the distinguished designation of both CCIM and SIOR  in the office and industrial sectors.

Mr. Pennington has been involved in several community and civic organizations including Trinity Rise Campaign at Trinity Academy and North Raleigh Ministries.
