Keith A. Hontz Jr., CFA

Mr. Hontz is a Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Asset Management, responsible for sourcing Industrial, Office, and Mixed-use acquisitions and developments in the Northeast, including asset management and leasing responsibilities within these markets. He also oversees portfolio management responsibilities for some of the firm’s largest separately managed accounts.

Prior to joining Equus, Mr. Hontz held positions at Dalfen Industrial as their Market Officer for the Northeast, various Asset Management and Acquisitions roles Clarion Partners and Prudential Insurance Company, and his experience spans Industrial, Office, Retail and Mixed-Use projects. Over his career, he has executed leases totaling more than 5 million square feet across property types and has been actively involved in more than $2 billion worth of transactions

Mr. Hontz earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Legal Studies in 2010 from Commonwealth University (formerly Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania) and is a CFA Charter holder. He is also an active member of his community, donating his time to local youth sports organizations in the Boyertown area.
