Julie Morton is a Property Manager in our Charlotte, North Carolina market at Greylyn Business Park. Julie brings over 30 years of commercial property management experience within the Charlotte area. Spanning her career, Julie has managed portfolios throughout the Carolinas primarily in the industrial sector. She currently manages our recently acquired Charlotte site comprised of 19 buildings on approximately 54 acres with nearly 100 tenants.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and two grandchildren, going to hockey games, concerts and binge watching an exciting thriller series!
