Julie Hamilton

Julie Hamilton is responsible for a portfolio of commercial properties. Her responsibilities include day-to-day & month end accounting functions. Also, reviewing quarterly & annual closing schedules. She reports directly to the Controller, working alongside the accounting department & property management team.

Prior to joining Equus in 2024, she’s been a Property Accountant since 2007 for multiple residential properties, including single family homes & condominiums. In prior years, she’s been responsible for assisting homeowners with billing questions & working with vendors for payment. Also, preparing & reviewing financial statements, budget preparation, as well as assisting with audit request.
