Joseph F. Felici, Sr.

Mr. Felici is Senior Vice President of Asset Management for Equus.  In his role, Mr. Felici is responsible for overseeing all Asset Management activities relating to Equus’s Industrial portfolio, including Portfolio Management of Equus’s Separate Industrial Joint Ventures, overseeing Equus’s cost-efficient management practices and managing the execution of the repositioning strategy.  In addition to Mr. Felici’s Asset Management responsibilities, he is active in identifying land sites for development.

Mr. Felici previous role at Equus included Acquisitions and Development in the Southeast and Northeast Markets.  During that time, Mr. Felici worked on the acquisition of over 100 assets totaling over 2.4 million square feet of office space and over 10 million square feet of industrial space, representing over one and half billion of transactional volume.

Mr. Felici holds an M.B.A. in Finance from St. Joseph’s University and a B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from the University of Richmond.  He is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Society.

Mr. Felici has been involved in a number of community and charitable organizations.  He currently serves as the Head of Fundraising for Whitemarsh Little League, a member of the Villiger Executive Council for St. Joseph Preparatory School, an Advisor to Focus Multisports Charitable Board and is actively involved in coaching youth athletics.
