John Forde

Mr. Forde joined Equus in 2004 and currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Development. He has over 20 years of experience in the real estate development and construction industry. Mr. Forde is responsible for the oversight of all multi-family and mixed-use developments in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast Regions. Notable projects include the Ellis Town Center and the AmeriHealth Caritas Headquarters in Newtown Square, PA.

Prior to joining BPG, Mr. Forde held senior level positions at Keating Development Company, leading several GSA and urban master-planned projects throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Texas.

Mr. Forde holds an MBA from Rosemont College and a BA in Government from Widener University.
