Jim Pasquarella

Mr. Pasquarella is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and executing office and mixed-use investments across the United States.

Prior to joining Equus, Mr. Pasquarella held capital markets and investment sales roles with CBRE and Avison Young.  During hiss career, which spans more than 20 years, he advised institutional and private investors on the acquisition, disposition, and financing of commercial real estate assets across a variety of property types. His experience includes transaction origination, valuation, capital markets execution, investment strategy, and portfolio positioning through multiple market cycles and complex transaction environments.  His background provides a broad perspective on underwriting, capital allocation, and value creation across the investment lifecycle.

Mr. Pasquarella is a licensed associate broker in Pennsylvania. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Denison University.
