James Dunfee

As President of BPG Management Company, L.P. and the other Equus affiliate commercial property management companies, James Dunfee is responsible for the oversight of the company’s national property management operations that primarily manage office, industrial and retail properties owned, in whole or part, by affiliates of Equus. He also serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Equus Development, L.P. where he is responsible for the financial reporting and accounting of the Firm’s national development portfolio.

Prior to joining the Firm, he served as Controller for O’Neill Properties Group where he created and maintained the group’s accounting and financial reporting functions. Prior to that, Mr. Dunfee served as the Assistant Controller for Berwind Property Group for eight years. He began his career as a Divisional Controller for the Toll Brothers in 1985.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Villanova University.
