Jacqueline Van Horn

Ms. Van Horn has more than 20 years of experience in human resource management. Throughout her career, including 19 years with Equus Capital Partners as the Director of Human Resources, she has gained valuable experience in human resource operations, policies, procedures and information systems; employee relations and talent management; corporate benefits including 401k and total rewards; payroll administration; and data analytics. In addition, she is responsible for legal compliance as it relates to employment, benefits and insurance.  Ms. Van Horn sits on the Equus Capital Partners, Ltd. 401k Investment Committee as the Plan Administrator and Fiduciary.

A graduate of Ohio University, Ms. Van Horn earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management and four letters as a member of the softball team. Most recently, she was inducted into her high school’s Athletic Hall of Fame.
