Heidi Richards

Heidi joined Equus Management Company – NC in December 2023 as a Senior Property Accountant. She has more than 20 years of property accounting experience and currently oversees the RDU commercial portfolio. She has a strong background in property accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and reconciliations. She enjoys working with her team and building strong professional relationships.

Heidi holds a BA in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University.
