Heather Dacus

Ms. Dacus is responsible for a portfolio of industrial assets in the Phoenix metropolitan area.

Prior to joining Equus in 2023, Ms. Dacus was the Senior Property Manager for Property Management Advisors. Prior to this, Ms. Dacus held other property management roles since beginning her career in 2013.

Ms. Dacus holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from the University of Arizona in addition to an M.B.A. from The University of Phoenix. Ms. Dacus is also a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Arizona.

Ms. Dacus enjoys giving back, most recently becoming involved with the Arizona Small Dog Rescue. Ms. Dacus also serves on the Programs & Events Committee for the Phoenix chapter of BOMA.
