Mr. Chapin is responsible for the asset management of over four million square-feet of office, flex and industrial space located in Atlanta, Greenville, and Houston.

Prior to joining Equus in 2007, Mr. Chapin held positions as Chief Financial Officer and Asset Manager for an urban development company; Manager in Deloitte’s real estate consulting practice working for national and international landlords, developers, real estate funds and tenants; Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Investment Property Group for which he developed and operated the Company’s third-party property management sector for institutional investors; and, Controller with Carter & Associates.

Mr. Chapin is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California State University, Chico. He is an active member of NAIOP.

Mr. Chapin has been involved in a number of community and civic organizations. He currently serves on the Board of the North Fulton Community Improvement District and is involved in the Atlanta Chapter of the National Kidney Foundation.
