Genna joined Madison in February 2026 with 12 years of human resources experience. Her background spans employee relations, performance management, leave administration, workers compensation, and multi-site HR operations, including prior HR Business Partner roles at SEI and Morgan Properties.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Women’s Studies from the University of Connecticut and obtained her SHRM-CP certification in 2018.
