Eunice Garcia

Ms. Garcia is responsible for the portfolio support of 7 properties consisting of 1,046,036 million square-feet of industrial properties. She prides herself on providing top-notch customer service and communication in order to inspire loyalty from tenants as well as local vendors and companies that work together with Equus to service its patrons. Her fluent ability to speak both Spanish and English enables her to provide the utmost customer service directly to the majority of those she serves.

Prior to joining Equus, Ms. Garcia was an Assistant Property Manager for Reliance Management for 5 years.

Ms. Garcia has volunteered as a Cub Master with The Cub Scouts, a Boy Scouts of America premier program. She has also volunteered several hours on behalf of a local west valley Little League by helping fundraising efforts to satisfy the financial needs of the league. In addition to volunteering on behalf of community youth, Ms. Garcia has volunteered at the Arizona Humane Society, attending the needs of the unfortunate animals there requiring care and attention.
