Mr. Samuel is an Asset Manager responsible for overseeing more than 6 million square feet of industrial real estate. His responsibilities include driving asset performance through strategic leasing, financial analysis, capital project execution, tenant relations, and investor reporting. Additionally, Mr. Samuel also plays an active role in the Company‘s industrial development efforts.
Prior to joining Equus in October 2021, Mr. Samuel served as a Development Intern with Equus and completed an internship with Marcus & Millichap.
Mr. Samuel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Florida Atlantic University.
