Property Accountant
Mr. Flach is a Property Accountant with Equus Capital Partners, where he is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of prepaid amortization and monthly accruals, while also supporting AP and AR functions. Prior to joining Equus, he worked as a Property Accountant in the self-storage industry and served as a Junior Financial Analyst with the U.S. Department of Defense.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Shippensburg University. Outside of work, he is proud to have earned the rank of Eagle Scout.
