Eric Auslander

Mr. Auslander is a Vice President – Acquisitions at Equus Capital Partners, Ltd. and is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and executing multifamily investments, with a primary focus on expanding the Firm’s presence throughout the Midwest.

Prior to joining Equus, Mr. Auslander was Managing Director at Cedar Grove Capital Partners, where he was responsible for multifamily acquisitions and asset management. Previously, he spent more than seven years at Morgan Properties, most recently as Vice President of Acquisitions and Capital Markets, where he focused on sourcing, underwriting, financing, and executing multifamily investments and institutional joint ventures throughout the United States.

Mr. Auslander has more than a decade of multifamily investment experience across institutional and principal investment environments and has been directly involved in more than $10 billion of transactions totaling over 65,000 apartment units.

Mr. Auslander holds a B.B.A. in Real Estate and Finance from Temple University.
