Dawn Jackson

As Regional Property Manager, Dawn Jackson oversees the operations and management of multifamily communities located in Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina. Ms. Jackson has more than 24 years of experience in the multifamily industry.

She joined Madison in 2019 as a Property Manager and was promoted to the role of Operations Specialist in 2022 where, with a hands-on approach, helped to enhance revenue, reduce expenses, and improve overall performance of the properties across the entire portfolio.
