Darcy Knudtson

Ms. Knudtson is responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 1 million square-feet.

Prior to joining Equus, Ms. Knudtson managed and leased a portfolio with Reliance Management consisting of 1.2 million square-feet of office, industrial and retail throughout the valley.  Ms. Knudtson was also with LBA Realty as Senior Property Manager responsible for managing 2.3 million square-feet of office and industrial.  Prior to LBA, she was with Bedford Property Management as Senior Property Manager responsible for 2.1 million square-feet of industrial and back office.

Ms. Knudtson has an Associates of Arts degree from Brooks College in California.  She is an active member of BOMA Phoenix and holds an Arizona Real Estate License/Designated Broker.
