Daniel M. DiLella, Jr.

A principal of the firm, Mr. DiLella serves as Senior Vice President and currently directs the industrial land development and leasing efforts for Equus Development, L.P., an affiliate of Equus.  During his 25 years with the firm, Mr. DiLella and his team have acquired 1,600 acres and developed & entitled 14,500,000 square feet in his industrial capacity with the firm.

Mr. DiLella has overseen leasing in excess of 10,100,000 square feet of nationally and internationally recognized industrial users while mining for new land opportunities in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions.

Mr. DiLella received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin in 1996 and his MBA from Villanova University in 2007.
