Courtney Waterbury

Mrs. Waterbury is the Accounts Payable Specialist with Equus Management Company AZ. She is responsible for processing the management company invoices, commission processing, and utility approvals. She is also responsible for producing 1099’s, cutting checks weekly and then matching and mailing checks to our vendors.

Prior to coming to Equus, Mrs. Waterbury undertook AP/AR and other office duties for 22 animal hospitals in the Phoenix valley for 13 years.

Ms. Waterbury’s passions are her photography, art and her French bulldogs.
