Charlie Davis

Charlie began her property management career in multifamily in 2013 and quickly discovered a passion for the fast-paced, ever-changing nature of the industry. By 2016, she had worked her way up to Property Manager, building more than a decade of experience before making the leap into commercial property management in 2025—and she hasn’t looked back since.

An Arizona-licensed real estate professional, Charlie brings a combination of industry experience, problem-solving, organization, and a sense of humor to her work. She enjoys the variety and challenges of commercial real estate and thrives in an environment where no two days are quite the same.

Outside of work, Charlie enjoys crafting, attending music festivals, and spending time with her family. She’s always happiest when she has a new project to tackle, something fun on the calendar, and plenty of good music along the way.
