Ashley Lynch is an Asset Management Analyst at Equus Capital Partners, where she oversees and supports the management across 15 million square feet of the firm’s commercial real estate portfolio. In her role, she is involved in asset-level analysis, financial reporting, and initiatives aimed at enhancing operational and investment performance.
Ashley joined Equus full-time after completing an internship with the firm and earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Clemson University. She is also a member of real estate organizations such as WIRE (Women in Real Estate) and Rising Leaders in CRE. Outside of work, Ashley is an active member at the Union League of Philadelphia and Whitemarsh Valley Country Club.
