Anthony Gugluizza

Anthony Gugluizza is an Associate with Equus Capital Partners, where he is responsible for asset management, financial analysis, and operational oversight of the firm’s multifamily portfolio under the operating division of Madison Apartment Group.

Prior to joining Equus in 2025, Anthony worked for SitusAMC, where he specialized in multifamily appraisal and valuation assignments across market-rate, affordable housing, and ground-up development projects. In this role, he conducted property valuations, market analyses, and underwriting assessments for institutional investors, lenders, and owners nationwide.

Anthony holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate Finance from Saint Joseph’s University. He is also an active member of Saint Joseph’s University’s Real Estate Alumni Society, maintaining strong ties to the university’s real estate community and industry network.
