Alisa Hatfield

Ms. Hatfield is Assistant Property Manager to Rachel Lamm and Brooke Bernal, responsible for supporting the full Tucson property portfolio and managing the daily operations of the local office.

Before joining Equus in 2021, Ms. Hatfield was the Assistant Property Manager at Reliance Management Company after having worked for Venture West Real Estate Services as the Property Management Admin.  Prior to property management, she rose through various roles in Japanese/English interpretation, AP, AR, Office Management, and Human Resources.

Ms. Hatfield holds an Associate Degree with a special interest in Intercultural Communication.
