Alex Keszeli

Mr. Keszeli is an acquisitions manager for Equus Capital Partners, Ltd., where he is responsible for sourcing and underwriting multifamily acquisitions in the Mid and South Atlantic markets.

Prior to joining Equus in 2021, Mr. Keszeli was in an operations role for Madison Apartment Group. As property manager of a value-add multifamily asset located in the suburban Philadelphia market, he oversaw multiple exterior and interior capital projects, improving property performance.

Mr. Keszeli graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in PA.
