Alex Mazur

Mr. Mazur is responsible for underwriting potential multifamily and commercial acquisition opportunities in markets across the mid-Atlantic, southeast, and southwest regions.

Prior to joining Equus in 2022, Alex was the asset management analyst for Independence Realty Trust. Prior to this, he held internship positions with Newmark and Bank of America.

Mr. Mazur holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate Finance from Saint Joseph’s University and is also involved in SJU’s Real Estate Alumni Society.
