Adriana Choque

Mrs. Choque is an Assistant Property Manager where she supports the management and operations of a diverse portfolio of commercial properties across DC, MD, VA, MA, and SC. She works closely with tenants, vendors and ownership to coordinate day-to-day property operations, maintain strong tenant relationships and help ensure properties are efficiently and effectively managed.

Prior to joining Equus Management, she spent 3 years with Beacon Communities LLC as a residential assistant property manager. She holds a degree from George Mason University and is bilingual.
