In June 2004, affiliates of Equus Capital Partners, Ltd. acquired a large portion of the SAP America Campus, now known as the Ellis Preserve. Ellis Preserve is a 213 acre Master Planned Mixed Use Community situated near Routes 3 and 252 in Newtown Square, Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
