In June 2004, affiliates of Equus Capital Partners, Ltd. acquired a large portion of the SAP America Campus, now known as the Ellis Preserve. Ellis Preserve is a 213 acre Master Planned Mixed Use Community situated near Routes 3 and 252 in Newtown Square, Delaware County, Pennsylvania. Ellis Preserve provides convenient, uncongested access to all bedroom communities along the Main Line as well as Malvern, West Chester and Center City Philadelphia.
