Summer Internship Program – 2026
Equus Capital Partners, Ltd. is a private real estate investment fund manager with over 40 years of experience managing high-quality investments across top-tier U.S. markets. Program Overview
The Equus Summer Internship is a 10-week rotational program (end of May- end of July) that provides comprehensive exposure to the firm’s core disciplines, including Acquisitions, Asset Management, Development, and Capital Markets. Interns will:
- Rotate through multiple departments to gain hands-on experience across the investment lifecycle.
- Participate in a weekly speaker series hosted by senior professionals.
- Shadow teams working on active real estate projects.
- Collaborate with other interns on a capstone project, presented to the firm’s real estate board at the program’s conclusion.

Qualifications
- Undergraduate students entering their junior or senior year.
- Strong academic performance with a focus in Finance, Real Estate, or related fields.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Argus is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
