Information Support Specialist
Ms. Lucas is the initial liaison of support for incoming technological requests, supplying prompt resolutions to common problems, as well as administering enterprise credentials and endpoint cyber security.
Prior to joining Equus in 2019, Ms. Lucas started her career working for her university helpdesk. Upon graduation she worked at M&T Bank in their web banking department. She also gained experience working for Cigna Insurance assisting with their web portal and training materials when she was not addressing inbound employee concerns.
Ms. Lucas has her B.A. in Conflict Analysis and Dispute Resolution from Salisbury University.
