Assistant General Counsel
Ryan Trifelitti serves as Assistant General Counsel for both Equus and BPG Development Company, L.P., an affiliate of Equus. Mr. Trifelitti provides comprehensive legal guidance in connection with all real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, construction, leasing, and ongoing operations.
Prior to joining Equus in 2019, Mr. Trifelitti was an attorney in the real estate department of the law firm Ballard Spahr LLP. There, he focused on real estate transactional matters and construction and design contracting. Before his legal career, Mr. Trifelitti worked as a full-time real estate agent throughout the Philadelphia area.
He is a graduate of Temple University (B.A. 2006, magna cum laude) and Temple University School of Law (J.D. 2012, cum laude). While in law school, Mr. Trifelitti served as Editor-in-Chief of the Temple International & Comparative Law Journal.
He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and has lectured on real estate issues for the organization’s continuing legal education and round table events.
Mr. Trifelitti is admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar.
