Ryan Trifelitti serves as Chief Compliance Officer and Assistant General Counsel for Equus.
Prior to joining Equus in 2019, Mr. Trifelitti was an attorney in the real estate department of the law firm Ballard Spahr, LLP. There, he focused on corporate and real estate transactional matters and construction and design contracting. Before his legal career, Mr. Trifelitti worked as a full-time real estate agent throughout the Philadelphia area.
He is a graduate of Temple University (B.A., magna cum laude) and Temple University School of Law (J.D., cum laude). While in law school, Mr. Trifelitti served as Editor-in-Chief of the Temple International & Comparative Law Journal.
