Daniel M. DiLella, Jr.

A principal of the firm, Mr. DiLella serves as Senior Vice President and currently directs the industrial land development efforts for Equus Development, L.P., an affiliate of Equus.  During his 20 years with the firm, Mr. DiLella has acquired 860 acres and developed & entitled 9,740,000 square feet leading the industrial planning efforts for the firm.

Mr. DiLella has overseen leasing in excess of 4,600,000 square feet of industrial users

Mr. DiLella received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin in 1996 and his MBA from Villanova University in 2007.
